Simple Fudge

1 1/2 C. Sugar
2/3 C. Evaporated Milk
1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Marshmallows
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Cover 8x8 pan with foil, and spray.

Spray sauce pan. In pan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium-high heat until it boils. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.

Remove pan from heat, and add the chocolate, marshmallows, and vanilla. Beat by hand for 1 minute.

Spread fudge into prepared pan. Score while still warm. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
