Breads

1 C. Milk
6 Tbl. Butter
2 1/4 tsp. Yeast
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Sugar
5 C. Flour
2 Eggs

Combine 2 C. flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Set aside.
Heat butter & milk until very warm. Add to the flour mixture. Add eggs. Mix in rest of flour. Knead until right texture.
Let raise for about an hour.

Filling

6 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
2 Tbl. Corn starch or vanilla pudding mix

Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
